ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand your client’s health and fitness goals
Design and customize a fitness plan based on your clients needs and goals
Execute a safe and effective workout
Create a fun and motivating fitness experience for your clients
Brief Outline of Duties:
1) Supervise participants in fitness activities at the Fitness Center
2) Maintain fitness records for all participants
3) Ascertain medical/physical eligibility of individuals participating in fitness activities at the Fitness Center
4) Ensure that the facilities are clean and any equipment is properly maintained
5) Assure all participant abide by Fitness Center rules and regulations
6) All other duties as assigned by Fitness Coordinator.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma required. Fitness certification is desired. Experience working with all levels of individuals, seniors, etc. CPR and First Aid experience.
WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE (IF APPLICABLE)
Must have an acceptable PA criminal history, FBI clearance and Child Abuse clearance done prior to hire.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
