  • Entrepreneurial Mindset. Meridian was built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs, and this spirit is infused into everything we do. We regularly research the latest marketing trends, test out new software and vendors, and consume podcasts, books, and other resources to ensure Meridian stays ahead of our peers.
  • Outrageous attention to detail. You notice when a period is out of place, a name is improperly capitalized, or when a logo is just slightly off center. No detail is too small for you NOT to notice!
  • Ability to wear multiple hats. No two days at Meridian will look alike, and you thrive in that type of fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You have a keen ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines. You have strong project management skills and can shepherd projects through from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills. You can communicate efficiently and effectively in writing, in person or on Zoom calls, whether emailing thousands of customers, messaging our Instagram followers, or explaining a project to your colleague.
  • Think like a CEO. You take ownership of your projects, pride in the quality of the work, and accountability for the outcome. You learn quickly, catch on quickly, and you have the confidence to learn from your mistakes.
  • Take initiative. You’re the type of person who doesn’t wait to be asked – you offer help when it’s needed and you’re eager to take on new tasks and projects.
