Marketing Coordinator II

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator II to join our Philadelphia office.

As part of the Marketing Team, the Marketing Coordinator II supports business development and marketing efforts of the entire firm. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with local organization leadership and report to the Director of Marketing Communications or Marketing Manager.


  • Manage and ensure the delivery of top quality, on-time and effective submittal of proposals, qualifications packages and presentation
  • Gather information about prospects and participate in proposal strategy in support of firm’s principals and other marketing professionals
  • Participate in the development of and responsible for maintaining marketing resource materials
  • Coordinate with and assist other marketing team members
  • Establish and manage timelines and assignments as needed to complete effective submittals
  • Coordinate or obtain information needed from consultant firms to be included in proposals or at presentations
  • Develop, write and manage production of specialty brochures, mailers, announcements, etc.
  • Attend pre-proposal conferences, professional meetings or other marketing-related events as appropriate
  • Supervise active maintenance and use of marketing databases
  • Foster a commitment to external and internal client service
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a preference in marketing, communications, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in RFQ/RFP and interview preparation process
  • Strong writing/editing and proofreading skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven team player and collaborator also able to work individually and remotely
  • Proven ability to proactively engage with leaders and facilitate discussions
  • Demonstrated critical thinking/problem solving skills
  • Excellent ability to multi-task, responding to constantly changing needs and schedules

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the A/E/C Industry or other professional services
